1. Introduction
1.1. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the referral promotion (“Promotion”) between Offerfair Self Storage (“Company”) and approved removal companies (“Referrer”).
1.2. By participating in the Promotion, the Referrer agrees to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Promotion is open to registered and approved removal companies.
2.2. The Referrer must not have any outstanding debts with the Company.
3. Promotion Details
3.1. The Referrer will receive a 15% referral incentive for each new customer referred to the Company who successfully rents a storage unit.
3.2. The referred customer (“Referred Customer”) must:
• Be a new customer to the Company.
• Sign a storage agreement with the Company.
• Make the first payment in full.
4. Incentives & Payment
4.1. The referral incentive will be in the form of a monetary reward of 15% of the Referred Customer’s total storage rental cost actually paid to the Company.
4.2. Incentives will be processed quarterly and paid via bank transfer.
4.3. If the Referred Customer cancels, the incentive will end.
5. Referral Process
5.1. The Referrer must make the introduction by email, telephone call or similar, or the Referred Customer must mention the Referrer at the time of booking; retroactive claims will not be honoured.
6. Restrictions & Limitations
6.1. There is no limit of referrals per Referrer.
6.2. Self-referrals or referrals between entities with common ownership are not permitted.
6.3. The Company reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of referrals and deny incentives for fraudulent or unethical practices.
7. Modification & Termination
7.1. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time with 28 days’ notice.
7.2. Changes will be communicated via email.
8. Liability & Disputes
8.1. The Company is not liable for any tax implications resulting from the incentives; Referrers are responsible for their own tax reporting.
8.2. Any disputes regarding the Promotion shall be resolved at the sole discretion of the Company.
